Cancellation Policy:
Shapes does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders placed are final and cannot be changed after submission.

 

 

Return/Exchange Policy:
Shapes does not allow returns. 
We will gladly exchange an item if our stock allows it. We can exchange your item’s size (same product) or exchange for online store credit only. Only 1 exchange is permitted. After the exchange, all sales are final. 

 

 

Please email us WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving your shipment. 
Please include the ORDER NUMBER, ITEM RECEIVED, AND ITEM/SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR.
Items to be exchanged must be sent back in perfect, new condition. Shapes must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization.

 

 

For any exchanged items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Hats, bags, accessories, undergarments or sample sale items are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

SHAPES is not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs. 
 
Lost shipments from doorsteps/mailboxes/parcels are NOT the responsibility of SHAPES and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
